Life Counsellor

Alex has been in private practice for over 18 years combining Intuition with naturopathy to work as a Life Counsellor.

Alex has the insight and ability to gently help you identify areas of congestion on an emotional and psychological level and to work through them.

She provides honest feedback, intuitive insight and other useful tools, such as mindfulness, to help you find a sense of clarity.

Alex works with her unique ability of "clear seeing" to identify areas of congestion, remove destructive patterns and then introduce personal guidelines that are both nourishing and empowering.

She has trained hundreds of people to use their mind and instincts in effective ways.
Alex also works with businesses to help them realise their goals and to work effectively as a team. She works with the management team to develop their communication skills and intuition – complementing the other skills they already possess.

As a life counsellor Alex's work helps to demystify intuition and demonstrates its practical application in the fields of business, science, medicine and personal growth.

Naturopathy

All people possess an innate ability to self heal and this can either be supported or hindered by the foods we eat, the lifestyle we lead and by the attitudes we hold.

What is appropriate for one person may not be for another and knowing what is ideal for you is the key to holistic wellness.

Naturopathy draws together knowledge of traditional cultures from around the world, in addition to contemporary scientifically proven medical practices and modalities to provide a holistic approach to well being.

Mindfulness Meditation

This is a technique that focuses the mind on the present moment – allowing you to be aware of your thoughts and actions in the present moment, without judgment.

Meditation is scientifically proven to calm the mind and reduce levels of stress.
